Govt. to Provide Housing for 43,000 Families of Kabirdham District in PM Awas Yojana
The government will build pucca houses for 43,000 families in the district of Kabirdham under PM Awas Yojana. Under the scheme, about 11900 permanent homes will be built in the first year and the rest of the house will be built in the second year.
The district administration has begun the preparation of this scheme. According to information under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, each house will be built at the cost of Rs 1.50 lakh.
However, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was launched by the PM Modi in June 2015. Under this scheme, it was decided that every family in the country should have their home in 2022. To implement this plan, the district administration is preparing . Under the plan, the district will benefit nearly 43,000 families. In the first phase, some 11 900 homes will be built.
PM, the selected beneficiaries will receive wages to build their own homes. The beneficiary will receive 95 days of employment in which he can make his home. Wages will be as close to 15,000 rupees. In addition, as an incentive to build houses around 1.50 lakh and Rs 1.30 lakh will be given directly. The building also houses a bathroom.
The Chattisgarh government has launched Mukhya Mantri Abadi Pata Yojana. The scheme will be given to these families, who over the years continue to maintain ancestral lands. Under the scheme, after the lease of land populated the map-like nasal measles will also be prepared. According to the information of the land will not exceed a maximum of 1623 square feet.
The Economic Census was surveyed at the beginning of the Mukhya Mantri Abadi Pata Yojana. Based on the survey revealed that many people do not own the house. Kabirdham about 132 families have been identified in the district, which have no houses.
